BD BootCamp is our 8-week "couch to 5K" beginner's program and introduction to your health and fitness journey. Our goal is to help your first steps towards achieving a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally become as seamless as possible. Beginning with an initial 1/1 consultation to include a body scan, discussion of current habits, goal setting, and nutrition education with monthly sit-downs to follow. Moving forward with 3 weekly group sessions led by a professionally trained coach from introduction to finish and a bonus sweat sesh on Fridays to enjoy time with your teammates and sweat before weekends with friends and family! The Program focuses on efficiency and safety with bodyweight movements and light strength training in addition to easy aerobic progressions to get you sweating, burning calories, and feeling good! A fun and community-centered atmosphere with all of the support you need to get the results you want!
