BD Foundations is your 8-week Introduction to our highest level class; BD Ignite. And will provide you the knowledge and skill of the main foundational movements needed to maximize safety and efficiency within your fitness regiment. Led by one of our professional coaches from initial introduction and discussion of workout until the finish; this hour-long session focuses on 1-2 functional skills to include basic to intermediate gymnastics, power, and Olympic lifting. Sessions always finish with a sweaty WOD or strength, lots of Hi-Fives, and post-workout discussion/questions. Our goal for your foundations program is to build confidence in skills that you can carry with you for the long haul. Whether you are working towards our Ignite program or making a PCS to another box, you'll be ready to take on new skills with a heightened level of intensity.
